Potato Soup :) Yummy.
We made potato soup. It was pretty good. :) So, I thought I would share the recipe and pics.
Baked Potato Soup
6-8 Potatoes peeled & Cubed
3 cans cream of chicken
3 cans cream of mushroom8 oz sour cream
1 medium onion
1 or 2 pkg real bacon pieces
1 or 2 pkg shredded cheesesalt & pepper to taste
Cut up potatoes. Put potatoes covered in water in pot. Add onions. Cook until done. Add soups, sour cream & bacon. Salt & pepper to taste. Heat through for several minutes. Can add cheese on top of each serving. :)
