Blog issues

I am having some blog issues and have NO idea what is wrong. I can't get the background or my items to stay on my page. They are there under my design tab but when the blog is loaded they are invisible. I'm sad and frustrated with the whole thing! Hoping to have it corrected and fixed soon!! My music has even left which makes me VERY frustrated.
